Some properties are located on an area where more than 1 MLS serves the area.
There are cases when a Real Estate Agent is a member of only one area and not the other. $350 is a very good investment to ensure that all agents in your area sees your property in the MLS they are a member of.
No need to resend all the information of your property if we already have it.

Doing an Open House is one way to find the buyer of your home. Many buyers who visit open houses do not work with agents. This means that you could potentially save on buyer agent commissions.
The MLS allows you to announce your open house schedule and time. With gas prices rocketing high right now, many buyers search for open houses on the internet rather than driving around. Most of the popular websites like www.HomesDatabase.com and www.Realtor.com pulls the Open House announcement from the MLS.
